And from all accounts, this manager was pretty close and friendly with the members, and even well liked by fans. Turned out to be a snek all along.

I hope deciding on a smooth settlement and not suing is Lisa's own decision and not something she was pressured to do. And if it's settled that the manager will pay back a little amount now and work on a repayment plan gradually, then he better stick to it or be liable to be sued/jailed for fraud.
