How much would you pay [or if you have gone] or have you paid for a k-pop concert?

I have not attended such a concert, but I thought about attending a Monsta X concert that was a state away. I believe the tickets were around ~$70, but went up to $300 for a deluxe VIP package. When I was younger (e.g. 15) I considered paying $250 for a Mariah Carey concert, but I am unsure if I would be willing to pay that much for any concert.. Although Monsta X is supposed to be in a nearby city in May of next year and I could totally get together the minimum price for tickets, so we'll see if I do that..

Ngl... I never really feel inclined to spend all that much when I know most of the time someone is going to be screaming in my ear and I won't be able to enjoy listening to them as much as I like lol

true. Plus I am not exactly the typical age demographic of the average k pop fan... and seeing mid-late teens behaving badly would be so embarrassing, like trying to pull idols off the stage by their leg.. So tacky.

Lets see i paid 4-500$ for red velvet seats in Chicago at the fan meet plus air fare and hotel.
.
Paid 2- 300 for seat in dallas and miami plus air fare and hotel.

3 trips to korea 2 for rv red room and red mare all shows ~ 200 a show plus air fare and 2 week hotel
1 for iz one 3 shows ~ 200 same deal.

I would fly anywhere in the world for OT9 well except China.

I wanted to see izone or rv this year... maybe in japan for something new.

Only one time I got a gift near that expensive and that was because I picked up something important during a snow storm...

I didn't really like the crowd, but that's to be expected with me lol. I think it depends on how you like the group. I was really really into nct then, so I'd say it was definitely worth it. I got fairly good seats and doyoung looked at me so my life is complete now. I loved the feel of it though, 10/10 would do again if i went to got7

Me & my bestie went to see Seventeen in L.A., that trip was...probably several thousand dollars by the time we got home, including all expenses. We also had Ultimate VIP tickets for Monsta X, until Covid cancelled everything. Those were a couple hundred each.

For a kpop concert, nothing. For a PassCode concert...... that's difficult to assess because it's not just the ticket price. It all involves air tickets, as well as travel and accommodation expenses. Not mentioning the time spent during the long trip in a plane. Right now I cannot afford it; but if I can, I'd definitely go.

I've never traveled out of US, but I know some layovers can last long enough to warrant a hotel room in that city, so that would be tedious too. lol
