Very healthy. The only thing is it’s for when I’m active which is not really rn so I need to fix that. At lest it’s not that heavy so I’m not gaining too much at all.

No but each day is an opportunity to start again. Maybe it’ll be today.

I make my choices based on what I think makes sense(sans procrastination which messes things up a ton), but part of that has to do with interaction with friends and family, and in those cases validation is just like a confirmation of a job well done.
