Don't know just do. Doesn't really happen that much anymore since I usually get up at least once per night to urinate. Sometimes multiple times. And this tends to ensure that I have trouble getting back to sleep.. but I think that longer sleeps makes you more tired during the day... I used to...

lol. this happened with me when I was using VHS tapes.. The days before streaming and dvd releases... Recording if you wanted to watch something in the future... and then have it maybe stop recording in the middle because of low film and you forgot to change the recording speed from SP to EP or...
