if he ignores you or says something like "nothing" if you ask about plans after work that's not on me :pandacop: you just have to put in more effort to get him to open up- never give up on someone. keep trying to talk to them and one day they'll either be annoyed/flattered enough to say...

saying "why can't he" is petty :pandacop: put yourself out there, making friends is easy if you take the first leap. chances are he doesn't know how to approach you either, and seeing you talk to him first would relive him of pressure, and like instant noodles, instant friends! it always works...
