I made a cover just before actually. Of the world.... O.o I don't usually dwell in that region. But I said to myself, why the heck not and made one :) as it should be. I see a progression in you that's exciting.

Yes it is. Because when it went pear shaped years ago, I had little to no self constraint. Nowadays I feel it, before it hits. So I have a plan prepared.

I guess being self aware of my mental health problems. Like I know how it makes me feel and react accordingly to those feelings. that's cool, especially when a bad situation ripens.
