I have a tendency to corrupt simutaneously while educating on typical sex matters, so tend to stay quiet. :susPepe:
It's either I have a charming sexual draw, or the power of munipulation.
I don't want to be responsible for kids trying things cause I said something which planted the seed of curiosity, plus talking to people under the age of 18 about sex is weird as a 31 year old (you knoe alot of the anon questions can come from young curious minds) unless I was teaching a sex Ed lesson... But I liked to be paid for my knowledge it's tough times out here lol
I can definitely understand that lmao
I don't have anywhere NEAR as much experience, but I feel you in the "corruption" part of things lmao

Ever since I was like 11, I've been the person among friends/at camp who knows the most about sex and all that comes with it. (I blame it on discovering porn wayy too young and it making me just more curious, instead of me going ew immediately) So I've had quite a few hilarious convos with others who barely know where the dick goes.

These days I do try to be more careful though yeah.... But if somebody asks me, I'm gonna answer, bcs I think it's better for kids to find out stuff from actually trustworthy places, instead of just reading some fanfiction or 50 shades of gray and thinking they now know everything.

Naturally you shouldn't tell a 12 year old the dirty details about everything, but it will do them no harm to know what exists out there and what is possible.

i didn't know i knew how to have an orgasm until i actually researched what it was. it's quite nice.

Believe me it can get a lot better than just nice! To be honest when masturbating I find it quite difficult to relax enough to have a good one :haylul: Well I mean orgasms don't really tend to be standard sex ed talk, so I get not really knowing about them!

Am I the only one who feels uncomfortable that the only thing that a minor has to do to enter those kinds of threads is ... to open them? and the only protection there is, is just the label "18+".
you are all ok with it? this is lowkey dangerous.

I know I said I wasn't gonna say anything but this one triggered some old memories lol

I know a few girls that look like they're possessed when they orgasm it's usually during multiple orgasms though it can get really intense and border the pleasure pain sometimes its just too much.
... Its kinda funny see to be honest... Slightly off putting in some cases lol

I'm a twitcher/shaker if anything with the really intense ones.

I tend to think about this alot, warning labels are there for that purpose, it removes liability off of the thread maker and those that participate. Much like trigger warnings and other things.
It's not actively advertising to younger users but it is easily accessible, however its not our responsibility to protect those who choose to actively go into such threads when theres is a warning. Being that especially this thread is a specific type of thread even if it does appear to the public you have to specifically enter it of you own accord (give or take a few accidently clicks)
and considering the lowest age for official users are 13 (I know some may lie) but the time your 10 especially if you've grown up with technology you have the ability to choose to enter something that specifically says its for 18+ plus, that's an individual choice on their part.

However this also has an anonymous form base, in which some people under then 18 may seek advise so they will actively enter (everyone doesn't magically know everything at 18, some are also in sexual stituations before 18 as legal age of sexual consent is different for many countries)
In fact we have adult users olderthan 18+ that are also uncomfortable with such content.

I'm somewhat 50/50, everything so far is done appropriately in terms of warnings label and rules, but it's so easily assesible to those younger it does make me feel off...
The only way to deal with this is to have age lock, but it would require alot of changes to forum codes, I would think to get those put onto threads and would require ages to be known to staff to a degree.

Dangerous for what? The users of this forum have to be 13 at least, the worst that happens is they find out some stuff about sex, that is it. It won't hurt them.

This is also smth where this thread is clearly labeled as to what it is, so if smbdy doesn't like it.... They can always just not click.

I get you might not like it, but I fail to see anything dangerous about this thread. Also this it isn't any easier or harder to access than literal porn.

so you are well-aware that Peachy is 14 years old and you have been discussing oral sex with her? (because the "anon" was obviously from her)? Porn websites can be blocked by parents, how successfully, that is a question, but at least you know what to expect from her. A forum about music? I highly doubt her parents would be ok with it. They might want to be tolerant and want to allow her to express herself and just chat to people from different countries but never would have expected a grown up woman discussing such matters with their teenage daughter.

If your argument is gonna be "but sex is everywhere" ... yes, dangerously so and do you want to be a part of the problem?
How is this thread related to Korean pop music?

Considering this forum HAS sections not related to kpop it is very clear discussions not pertaining to kpop are allowed.

Also I once again will confirm, I think knowledge on these topics is in no way harmful. I don't think sex being everywhere is a problem. If anything I find most of the world to be way too big prudes out of things like body and sexuality. I also think 13+ is an age where being curious about these topics is perfectly natural and it's better for you to learn about them instead of staying ignorant.

Also no, this is an ANON, so I go out of my way to not think about who is sending in what messages. That is the entire point of ANONs! I would appreciate it if you would also extend this courtesy to the people sending them in.

while I agree with you that legally it is not our responsibility. I feel like we could all chip in to make the Internet a bit of a safer space. A parent might expect such topics on various forums, but why kpop? Why can´t a child discuss music safely? Why do we always have to have sex related topics?
As a parent you can block certain sites, you can watch your child´s activity, you can do a lot. Sure, the best way is to talk about safety on the Internet, but imagine having a daughter who is 14 (and Peachy_Tae is 14) telling you she hangs out with people on a kpop forum, as a parent you might roll your eyes but you want to be tolerant and allow your child to at least express her love for her interests. Why not? it is not anything dangerous! just kpop! and look at those 20+ men being innocent as lilies, not even being able to date.
but the forum is public. who will make sure, who is reading those threads? who will make sure, she will not be getting disgusting anons about "you wanna know what it feels like?" etc.
I´m a teacher. In my class, last years, some kids were talking anal sex, big words, little actions. One kid was so scared to go to school, she just locked herself for the whole week, started cutting herself and just completely broke down, because she could not get that picture out of her head. She was 12! The girl who sent her a text about "you know what if a man sticks his penis into your ass" just to make fun of her was called into the principal´s office. That little "bully" realised what she had done and broke in tears, shaking. I had to hold her! They were all so devastated. Two broken girls, two broken families.

I´m not gonna sit here and say nothing. I don´t want to be a part of the problem. I don´t want to say "sex is everywhere, so let´s allow it on a public forum too"! if some of you are .... well, live with it because I will never forget the shaking child in my arms.

Sex should be discussed safely, when people are ready and you never know whenever that is.
And if you are gonna talk about "well,we have Sex Ed" yes, we do and but the syllabus is done in a way to make sure that it is safe for children at different stages.

The problem here is bullying, not knowledge of sexual topics

Also would you stop talking for other people and other people's parents?
Stop using peachy as a tool for your argument
