Police have reportedly found circumstantial evidence that there was vote rigging in Produce 101 Season 1 (I.O.I) and Season 2 (Wanna One) They are investigating the difference between the data received, and the number shown to the viewers

I hate speculating but they do say Starship and MBK were involved in shady dealings

But the IOI lineup is literally like the greatest GG lineup to ever exist

I think snsd has em beat. Even with 2 fewer members. 5 above average singers even the weakest dancers are still really good.
The top 4( well 3 as i still am not sold on somi :) ) are really good. Sejeong Yoojung are forces of nature. Chungha is great she is not my music style but a nice person who is skilled.
IZ one are better on tv in variety, Yoojung hard carries IOI. It is had since they were really only around for 7-8 months and a good chunk of that they were missing members.

Honestly it’s so pointless for such articles to be released if we’ll never know who was rigged in and who was not. They won’t tell us that and that’ll make people speculate and hate on certain members who they think are not deserving of being in the group. If they at least revealed it, you’d know the companies are behind it. It doesn’t even make sense that a certain member could rig themselves in the group and not their company so the hate directed at members is just ridiculous. And if you think that’s stupid, just go on Twitter and look up these fake Samuel/Jonghyun fans dragging members like Jisung.

Exactly, we don’t even know, like for an instance I could speculate that they didn’t want Samuel in the line-up and instead manipulated with his votes to have him drop. I mean rigging can be even Pledis taking out Jonghyun from the group. Unless they reveal all of it, we won’t know the truth.

If he did S1 and 2 on instruction throw those folks under the bus to get off for his later stuff. Maybe that is what is happening and how the police are climbing the ladder of upper management. Say they had internal focus groups/group designers and they wanted specific kids in the team.

I know for the girls at least they are really good mixes given the talent that was in each season.

It does become a extremely hard if not pointless exercise if we are un sure of any of the public ranking data.

This should put a fork in these type of shows with out independent auditors validating the results.

Good thing about Wanna One and I.O.I is that both groups are already done so there won't be as much dmg to them. Unless sth comes out about particular member then that member might get hate. But the current groups are the one's in the trouble.
