I think part of the reason Gugudan failed was because they didn't ever settle on a specific sound either though like they had ZERO consistency whereas I feel like a general fairytale type concept with a consistent music style could work...

They got off on the wrong foot with fans by taking Sejoung and Mina out of IOI early too... It's such a shame because their vocal line was AMAZING!

You are right Pulling the kids early was crazy dumb. The contract was so short have gugudan ready to go in January.
Wjsn totally got away with it mostly why i do not consider them a pd 101 group.
