@Blink
True, they have banned several MV'S and songs. They are known for this and in a way it's actually good marketing when KBS throws their tantrums.This is not specific just for her.
I recall having seen news like this before so she is not the 1st idol/artist that had songs banned bc they mentioned brand names
The reason for the ban was reportedly due to the song naming a specific brand.
hopefully they don't bann her from the country now@KBS, did you see Jennie's new car?
Sorry, I couldn't resist!![]()

I hope so too, but I doubt they'd do that.hopefully they don't bann her from the country now![]()
Wasn't this the same station that banned KTL because Rose wasn't wearing her seatbelt in the music video?!
I think so, but I could always be wrong. Either way, it's cool that we both immediately thought of the same other situation.I completely forgot about the brand being in the song. I thought it was going to be because of the "swing both ways" line. Either way, that sucks, and I hate when songs get banned for stupid reasons like that. I still remember when Kill This Love was banned because Rose was driving in the music video and not wearing a seat belt, and they thought fans would start driving without one too.

they just love banning thingsI think so, but I could always be wrong. Either way, it's cool that we both immediately thought of the same other situation.
Yep, it was KBS because it violated South Korea's Road Traffic Act. Some also claimed that it was due to the lyrics that seemed to "glorify" domestic abuse but Teddy and Bekuh Boom came out and said it was to call out toxic relationships and that "you plus me sadly can be dangerous" and "let's kill this love before it kills you to" are all metaphorical and not to be taken literally.I think so, but I could always be wrong.
