If anyone sees this message and wants to talk, my dms are always open. I'm always willing to lend a supportive ear to you if you are struggling with your mental health and feel like you want to talk to someone. Even if we dont know each other well, I would love to help in any way I can even if it's just to listen. I've been through hard times myself, nothing compared to others but I know some of what it's like to have a very bad state of mind and mental health. No one should have to go through those kinds of painful periods of their life without someone to lean on.

Was already anxious about covid (barely been out since last March) , now the UK government have decided most asthmatics aren't a priority for the vaccine. We were originally told we were, but now we're getting it when everybody else under the age of 50 are, which is after June. Now me and many others are panicking.

I never have anyone to listen to me, and when I do they make fun of me and don't believe me. So i just keep my feelings inside, but it never works.
I just sit in my room in silence. Thinking about all of the things i have done wrong.

They don't really deserve to be a part of your life then. I've felt like this too but if your well being "troubles them" then they're most likely using you.

If they only want to be in your life in the good times, then they only want you around because you being happy makes them happy. They aren't talking to you because they like you, they only like how you make them feel.

Comes from experience lol. Trust me, life is so much better when people actually care about you.

Like I remember literally crying over friends who found my problems annoying but tbh they'll miss you when you're at your best.

Well, My math teacher pulled me aside and told me we needed to go over the test. She tried to help me but I just sat there and stared. But she sent me back to my other class and now im crying so so so much and totally didn't commit self harm. What a day already lol
