it is weird but it almost seems that if the charges are accepted the 'trial ' is a slam dunk.

So while i am used to folks getting investigated, requesting warrants, more investigation, arrested, sometimes more investigation, charged, tried to verdict.
It feels like its investigate, request charges, tried to verdict,

almost like they really try to super filter the cases that actually go to court.

The arrest warrant seems odd to me. Dont u usually need to either be danger to society or have posibility of destroying evidence to get arrested. Id have thought theyd go to trial process without arrest since they failed to arrest him start of the case.

I wonder if they have found new evidence. The sexual violence seems new unless its also about prostitution. But prostitution isnt sexual violence per say?
