I have questions about the gif badge - first of all, does it have to be the whole group featured on the gif? Or can it be one member? I'm not sure if I'll be able to find a gif with all of them that would look good in 77x77. Second of all, do I do the badge myself or does the team do it for me? I'd like to try myself, but if you handle it, that's cool with me as well

Yes you may design your own artist thread badge as long as it meets the guidelines, and no it doesn't have to have all of the members

For the taglist (of ppl who want to be tagged for voting) what am I allowed to use it for? Am I allowed to use it to tag everyone to remind that there’s 24 hrs left in suggestions period? You can tag anyone who asked to be tagged for the thread as many times as needed as long as it's to do with the badge thread basically~ and you can ask anywhere you feel comfortable! Maybe it's more comfortable to ask us in private or maybe we're too scary and you want to ask in this thread, either is fine :)

I would say that this one unfortunately can’t be used. Not only is it super dark, it’s also difficult to see his face here

How many options can they choose for a certain badge (group, member) on the first round of voting based on how many options there are? Can they vote for up to half the options (rounded down), based on @Yili 's Just B thread?

For efficiency I always do up to the half the options since it will make the rounds go much much faster. But we have never made the rules strict when it comes to how many you can vote for per round, just don't allow them to vote for all of the badges is my only advice LOL

If you need the images of the current badges, usually you can find the last completed voting thread and copy them from there but if you can't do it there either then you can dm to ask for the images. In this case I will dm them to you
