"Seungri has been forwarded to the prosecution for seven charges.
On June 25, the Metropolitan/Provincial Special Detective Division of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency revealed that Seungri has been forwarded to the prosecution on charges of prostitution and prostitution mediation, embezzlement of Burning Sun funds, embezzlement of attorney’s fees, destruction of evidence, violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes, and violation of the Food Sanitation Act.

However, he was forwarded to the prosecution with recommendation for non-indictment regarding suspicions of prostitution mediation at his birthday party in Palawan in December 2017.

Huh i was thinking he wasn't going to get trialed cause there was news couple days back that his military service starts soon and he hasn't gone for extension. I wonder how it goes if he's trialed, i think it was discussed at some point but i forgot already. If he gets in trial process before he enlist I think the enlistment doesn't go forward until trials and possible punishment is finished (if it's prison sentence), but if he doesn't go trial before then it's martial law that judges him. Well now it seems like he will go to regular trial which is good cause we will get info whats happening.

At first I thot it meant he dint pay his lawyer representing him in criminal case, but then I thot it meant not paying the lawyer acting for Burning Sun legal issues; maybe before investigations began.

But shdnt embezzlement of Burning Sun funds cover both instances, confusing but maybe tats the point-obfuscating the case to be so complicated tat either Seungri is released or he's imprisoned but it's so confused/complicaticated he's only one n no one else gets implicated; or no bigger fish other than who's already implicated-cover up for those more powerful/powers behind the throne.
