Appreciation Seventeen's Happy Birthday is free to use (1 Viewer)

[maruberry]

This is such a beautiful present to carats! Not only is it a stunning song with beautiful lyrics, but it is free to use for us! They also credit us for the lyrics and producing along with Woozi! Maybe that is also why they made it free to use, We helped make it, so we should be able to use it....

I wonder whose idea it was... I can imagine it being Woozi's and this thought just makes me so damn happy!

[Wingfrost]

I-it’s actually ours
I’m not crying your crying

I'm not crying either, it must be the onions somebody is cutting
They GAVE IT TO US!

how many groups have made songs for the fans, but how many have actually given the fans the song!

Its so special and just makes me love them so much more. I’m a happy carat.

There should be more of this, especially like fan songs and such, I really wish that artists or rather rather companies made them free to use for edits or sth

The song itself is really nice too

It is the quintessential Woozi ballad!
Warm, sweet, filled to the brim with love.

The lyrcs are so... simple, but they convey the message and feeling so perfectly.

just proves that you dont need a whole big ass production behind a song to make it perfect

It honestly depends on the sound and style of the song!
Songs can very much be overproduced and this type of a ballad only benefits from a sweet and simple production

Everything about this song is straightforward and simple and that's what suits it the best

I'm not a fan but this one is cool q.q

Honestly it really seems to be that Seventeen have a LOT of control over their own music and decisions about themselves. Woozi esp. gets treated VERY carefully, bcs Pledis know.... If they don't treat them well these boys are just gonna yeet off into the sunset once the contract ends and Pledis will be FUCKED in that case.
