Yeah that part is frustrating...kinda not getting a sense of music creativity from them but hopefully that changes.

After their last single Forever which was a remake, I thought they'd be back with a new original song for their actual comeback.
Turns out SM instead decided to give them a song from the Fast and Furious spinoff movie Hobbs and Shaw OST of all things just wtf



How you gonna drop that epic 10 minute SMCU teaser and not even give them an original song
Now the song might as well be an epic bop but this is not the way to get a hit song and just why SM

Idk enuf to comment on the whys n wherefores so ill just say im excited for both 'Next Level' however it turns out like a remake or not n the full or even a mini album as long as its within this yr/next few mths.

I do hope it works for them, I have no doubt internationally it will do great but I am slightly surprised they went with another remake after Forever, I was kinda expecting Yoo Youngjin to whip up something new. Maybe they’re saving it for their full album.
