Okay this discussion has been going around for a while but Comeon SM this is ridiculous .

Do you believe this is right? Yixing deserves better ....

It might just be a contractual thing where they can't use Lay's name for some reason but still if that's the case then why make merch with all of the members names on it when you can't use one of the members names?????

He was part of the MV and photobook for that album, but, he wasn't part of the comeback - this merchandise is coming from SM's already-created merchandise, not being made (not all of it) exclusively/specifically for Hot Topic (as far as I'm aware) so it probably already was printed that way prior during their main promotions.

God only knows what kind of contractual crap goes on behind the scenes too, especially if his current contracts in China exclude him from being a promotional name/making money with his name until he finishes promotions with them first (even though his parent contracting company is SMENT).

EDIT: Some of it is done specifically for Hot Topic it seems (or is out of stock and not shown on their site); some of the same merch is available through HT as well as SMGLOBAL (SHINee, SUJU, f(x), NCT etc shirts are the same on both) so who knows.

It seems like bad planning cause hardcore exo-ls who'd be buying these might not buy them cause they exclude a member.

Like honestly I wouldn't have bought the 3 versions of DMUMT if I'd known lay wasn't in them and would have a separate "special edition"

I get you but it seems like the Layout is supposed to be fornthe Tempo era so it makes sense to not have lay on it. Plus Lay has really good exposure in the West so I think he’s Fine
