MX ain't clean what planet are you on? Just because they haven't had any "big" scandals doesn't mean they haven't had small ones that caused issues. The stuff about Kihyun & Wonho predebut, Hyungwon's ex-girlfriend, Wonho's lock screen, ARMY tried to drag Jooheon into Jimin's shirt scandal, too.

Edit: Small child I watch hit enter while I was in the bathroom. I'd say the biggest of their comparatively small scandals was when fans suspected Hyungwon was dating and Starship actually had to put out a statement saying he'd broken up with her over a year prior to clear up the issue.

Either that or the underage smoking/drinking are probably as bad as it has been for them.

I know they have had "scandals" I meant clean as in no major problematic scandal. No Kpop group is really clean.

But I was mostly thinking potentially career-destroying ones, most of MX's were relatively small & thankfully so.

And there is definitely the Wonho predebut ulzzang one, I'm surprised and really GLAD Knetz don't talk about that one a lot.

Thank goodness for MX being unproblematic boys thus far, known more for their altruism than anything negative. I'm truly surprised sometimes that Wonho hasn't gotten it worse, considering.

Yeah when I first read about it, I was wondering how Wonho wasn't dragged to hell and back. Knetz usually take serious issue with what you did in the past. I'm glad it didn't become a huge problem.
He really has my respect though

I feel like part of the reason he didn't get much flak for it was because he was already technically known and it wasn't like he hid it. Wonho's pre-debut years are pretty well documented publicly. He's never really been anything more than himself and it's pretty hard to take issue with it when it's common knowledge. Most idols who get seriously dragged for their past are the ones who are putting up a different persona than the self those in the past knew them as.

That's true, there were a lot of pictures too, it's not like he snuck around which would have been more "scandalous."

The biggest pre-debut scandals I can think of are bullying scandals, which means the idol definitely put up a fake front of being nice. So it makes sense that people would find that to be a problem.
