There is no Free there is only other peoples money or created money(which is still OPM Just banks whom everyone is supposed to hate but they keep funding them).
Even if its 'free' with insurance you still need to buy insurance.
Now supposedly they have talked about printing more money to cover all of the medical costs..... but pretty sure no one has done the math yet on that.

Even then the bulk of that money will go where all the rest of the health care money goes, to the companies who run the hospitals and insurance .
Regular folks may get covered but those players will get richer off of this.

Its usually called free since its that for user even if wealth is distributed elsewhere. ^^;
Now with pandemic its huge issue if lower income groups without insursnce cant get tested.
