To Queendom or not to Queendom (1 Viewer)

I've been getting myself worked up about Queendom Puzzle because 4 members of Weeekly are involved. I was genuinely excited to get some Weeekly comment. I had only known about Jihan and Soeun. Day before yesterday I discovered Soojin and Zoa are also involved. I was super excited... until... I heard the purpose of Queendom is the create an active girl group made up of girls already in active girl groups or solo. Kiss a Weeekly comeback good bye since 4 members are involved. I watched mnet's teaser:

I realized I really hate IST for putting Weeekly members through this bull shit. Allegations of mnets evil editing are already coming out with Lee Chaeyeon. In the trailer there's a sound clip of someone upset and it sounded like Jihan so I got mad. I really hate IST... I think I won't be watching Queendom Puzzle...

Half of rocket punch, 2/3 of weeekly, 3/7ths of cherry bullet and Bora is in her 3rd show in a year.

all i have read is they forced Jiyoon out then sent 2 girls to the Fe:Verse deal, and stil no plans on a comeback.
I think IST was not prepared at all to go on like say StayC was. StayC is making money and they are not even trying.

Usually the thing that keeps Queendom from being another one of Mnets messy shows is having entire groups on which Mnet has found a format to get around that by just taking certain members.

Puzzle has basically made a Queendom format that is mixed with Produce as now it's brought back to an Mnet group with contestants wanting to succeed and built in fanbases that want to see them succeed as well so I can see this getting quite messy.

Wow, I'd never heard of Fe:Verse. My hate for IST has greatly increased after reading about it. Ther're up there with BBC now as far as being shit bags. They inherited so much from Play M and destroyed it. Apink, Victon and Weeekly all dead. I hope Bahiyyih doesn't return to that shit show when Kep1er is done.

I don't see how any fanbase would want their idol to succeed knowing it would not only hurt the idol but also the group they are a member of. I can't imagine having the pressure of being a member of two groups and two companies.

Monday (sera) did really well it was just impossible to beat Muneo(eunbi) Hayoung Apink,luda and soobin from wjsn and Heejin from loona with the built in fan base and Muneo just dominated teh show and showed the girls that they could be free of much of the normal idol / tv stuff.

We haven’t had it a comeback since jiyoon left, and First Monday and Jaehee on re:verse and now the other 4 remaining on here …

wondering why bc they didn’t word it like a hiatus since she’s taken hiatuses before so if they were waiting for her to come back?

they did release the few songs w/o her airplane mode happy Christmas love remake

jiyoon is a big part of their creative identity and also funny smart, witty, and good on English so great at variety too, as well as being all rounder in all 3 lines (along with making songs and art for weeekly)

but if she’s coming back or they’re waiting for her ist should say smth?

they were always ot7 in my heart since she left for health reasons and World Cup babies is my fave line in kpop but we need an explanation bc I don’t think this 15 month hiatus would’ve happened if jiyoon hadn’t left (ofc I’m not saying the hiatus is jiyoon fault or mad at jiyoon I’m just saying)

But ist has victon and apink and they’re still doing stuff why would they not want weeekly to go on, weeekly had a hit song too, so they have at least one song more popular than 90% of groups their age, they’re good at variety, and the vocals (esp when Monday and soeun went on bikira every week) and dancing are really good

But the last cb was march of 22. And they cant pick a concept. Its June of 23 and all 6 members have be entered in reality shows since the last cb. Not a great sign and still no word on a cb ( how can they most of the team is tied up) let alone the fans are still mad over Jiyoon.

It just gives the impression of flailing which is like blood in teh water for groups.
