what a stressful day kind of disgusted with myself + my decisions. I look happy on the outside but no one knows how much pain I'm in. starting to wonder if my mental health will be the thing that ends me... I don't like pretending to be "strong" either. sometimes I feel like a hypocrite cause I try to help others but I can barely help myself. the holidays are just around the corner, I should be happy right now. I'm jealous of those who have a group of supportive individuals. solitude is the last thing I ever wanted. but there's no running from it now. go figure.

So um... I'm feeling more non binary than anything else these days. I feel so confused, I am worried to change my pronouns again and be annoying to everyone around me. Also I am starting to warm up to she/her because I met new people on Minecraft and I haven't come out to them... The misgendering (it isn't their fault) doesn't seem to bother me. Somehow I feel comfortable with it around them. I don't know what to think about it...

edit: i just noticed this isn't the LGBTQ thread but whatever

I get exactly what you mean. I’m slowly warming up to she/her because a lot if people assumed and I never corrected them even though they/them is preferred.

Yeah and I don't exactly have dysphoria either. I'm think I'm just genderfluid at this point but I don't know...

I discovered this cute little chrome extension today- it is called coffeelings,

and is basically a small journal/mood tracker. you can open it anytime and write down your thoughts or feelings, rate your mood, and then have an entire calendar with all your entries and feelings, accessible at any time ! it is also really pretty and has a claiming layout. I recommend it for anyone that wants to get their feelings out, and wants to keep them all in a neat little online notebook !

it's hard to get over stuff that has hurt me... whenever bad things happen I feel as if my whole world is falling apart. I wish it was easier to deal with these feelings and to be more stable. but when I do make progress it only lasts for so long... until I get like that again and I don't like to be around others when that happens...
