I mean, it can build even more hype than the last comeback.

It will be something like what Loona did, even though Loona isn't that big yet.

So, does it even matter that much if we get a delayed full group comeback if YG keeps feeding the fans with solololos?

(we know he'll eventually screw both solos and group releases, but let's believe YG will start becoming a decent person xD)

I don't think it would really be that bad actually. I've come across a lot of people who don't have the same feeling as I do, but I like the fact that they're very spaced out. So far it's led to having constant, quality music without a bunch of fillers that just dilute their discography. Plus the anticipation leads to huge boosts of popularity. As much hate as YG is getting, and keeping in mind that I'm a newborn baby who knows nothing, I think YG is managing them pretty well so far.

That would be hard though...They're obviously doing fine as it is now, so I doubt YHS will change his ways. I particularly think BP really needs more group material, two CBs per year, I dare to say. As for solos, including one or two songs on an album will be fine, possibly promoting along with the group could be good as well.

If YG really started liking them somehow, he would do the solo things and them come with a full album or even EP at least.

They really don't need to release only 4 songs per year anymore, if he releases once a year but more than 5 songs it's more than what we have now, so...

And with solos it makes it more bearable.

The problem is Black Pink have a serious akgae problem (it's even worse than IOI). I feel like giving them solos will only worsen the issue and divide the fans even more. Even if he was going to stick to the plan and continue with giving them all solos throughout the year, that would still encourage the fans to support only their faves and it would also gain fans for only certain members, hence worsening the situation further. Theoretically, I think it's a good idea but with how bad their akgae problem is right now, I don't think it'll work out in the long run for their group. But it can set them all up for successful solo careers in the future, if anything.

But I adore most of what BP releases as a group so I genuinely would have to have good releases over bad releases...I prefer good and I get those with BP.

I'm really sick of this "new album is coming" but it's a Japanese version of old songs. Yeah sure please have Japanese versions. But for Japanese album please get some new songs. You can release Japanese version but also release Japanese songs that are new.

I never minded long hiatuses myself as long as the comebacks are good and not half-assed. I guess I'm quite used to that with YG already, I admit year was bit long for rookie group but eh have waited longer with BB. In the end having 5 good titles is more than most groups have for me so I'm pleased with that :pandaboss:

In other hand original Japanese songs from K-pop artists tend to be quite good, SNSD's Time Machine, Big Bang's Koe wo kikasete and DBSKs Why did I fall in love with u to name few. So I'd rather them do it properly and come up with new songs than poorly translating existing ones.

Yup Time Machine is one of my fav songs from them.

Lol I actually find that line humorous in positive way but idk I might be alone with that xd. Overall BPs jpn releases haven't been that good, Japanese language doesn't quite fit into their korean songs it just sounds off
