A bunch of companies don't care much about their idols well-being. We all know that BTS and Twice are overworked like hell considering they're both some of the most popular kpop groups out there. The more popular you are, the more overworked you get. As long as companies can make profit from their groups, they don't care.

2 members ( dahyun and mina) who had to sit out from schedules because of health issues in less than one week
Jungyeon cried on Vlive because of how tired she was and how bad she felt to see the members work so hard while they are exhausted
JYP didn't let Sana sit out of any schedules during her controversy about japan when it was clear that she felt bad and didn't want to be on stage at this time.
Forcing a minor to apologize for something who was not mean just to protect the image of his group ( honestly this video is still the worst thing i've seen in kpop because it look like the minami apology video which is bad)

let's be honest 4/9 members had to sit out from schedules for health issues in less than 2 years which is big for a kpop group

That's not necessarily true
Normal employees can decide when to use vacation days, idols cant. Nor do they get any input in their schedules. They're have been times where idols weren't given a day off in years or more than a few days without schedules.
At most idols get about a week or two of rest in between touring. Which really isn't enough to properly recover

JYPE overworks their idols. Period.
SME overworks their idols. Period.


It doesn't matter to what extent they do it when they shouldn't be doing it at all.
Instead of turning it into a pissing contest, we should be wishing for Mina's health to improve and for her to be in a better place mentally. We should be hoping that Twice's health holds to the end of tour and then they get a break. We should be hoping that 127 gets a break and a chance to properly recover

As somebody who follows JYP on twitter only because of Day6 (and 2PM), it feels like I’m on a merry-go-round of seeing teasers for either Twice, GOT7 or Stray Kids. Itzy and Day6 this month have now broken that up a bit, but it feels so constant between those three.

The thing that makes Twice’s situation in particular more difficult is their huge popularity in Japan. Sometimes you need an extended break rather than a day off every so often just to switch off and get some headspace so you’re not wandering around like a zombie.

Just because there are a few days in between each concert, that doesn't mean they're not working. Every moment that's filmed for a vlive or that's used for insta/twitter is them working because they have to mentally stay in their idol role

They're still being followed by a camera everywhere they go, even though they're exploring a different country. It's like being in a reality show without a script.
