Spoiler: Terminal illness grief triggers

my mum has terminal Cancer she at end of life care , so i am finding things very hard right now , i have eupd ADHD & psychosis My mental health hasn't been great for most of my life my partner is also my fulltime carer & he helps care for my mum as my sister lives in England but she also has thyroid cancer & getting an operation in the next few weeks so she cant help at the moment but she is my mums next of kind etc . all this is making my mental health worse i have withdrawn from a lot of stuff i do during the week and i also am fighting an eating disorder and at the moment i have mobility issues as i fell on my knee cap on my left leg but i am also having issues with my right knee and ankle i would normally use exercise as a way to cope so this is affecting my mental health too , i visited my mum today she hardly eats and looks extremely thin . eg affecting my own eating disorder so i am dealing with that too . i hope its ok to post about this as it can be triggering for some people i just though id post about what is going on for me and my family
