I hope that AOA has proper comeback after the show, i will suppor them (as long as music is good)... oh wait wasn't the purpose of show to have comeback

well i hope they keep having comebacks after the show, i think Queendom has rly proven to them and the audience that they can be group with current line up they have.

Tbh, SNSD should been on this show.. or f(x).. it could have breathed some life to them and kicked SM on their lazy "indefinite hiatus" butt

They probably were.. and tbh, i rly doubt SM would have even given change like this to SNSD or f(x).

It's funny to think that AOA were known for being a talentless group and yet if you combine round 1 and 2 performances of Queendom AOA come out on top for being the best consecutively.

And yeah it was fairly obvious to me and others here that the groups/agencies pay for the extra stage design, props or background dancers and costumes themselves although MNET probably covers some basic costs. That's why some groups were flexing with extravagant award show stages while others seemed pretty basic in comparison. Companies probably look at this expense as an investment hoping it will pay off down the line with the groups gaining new traction and new fans, translating to more income.

Even if I'm hardcore OMG trash, I'm kinda rooting for AOA too, they've got the best story lol. And OT5 is proving they can still go.

Seems like there was some weird controversy with Queendom as an article came out that the TLDR on it is the costs of the performances was being paid for by the artists companies

However Queendom and the artist companies responded that the article was false and Mnet are paying them an appearance fee as well as the costs of their stages

Maybe I'm wrong but as far as I know, companies pay (to some extent) for the production of stages on MAMA and music shows.

And yeah it was fairly obvious to me and others here that the groups/agencies pay for the extra stage design, props or background dancers and costumes themselves although MNET probably covers some basic costs. That's why some groups were flexing with extravagant award show stages while others seemed pretty basic in comparison. Mnet probably covers the cost of the producer and gives them a small budget for their stage but if you go past the budget you do so with it coming out of your own pocket and like you said why some of the stages seem basic by comparison due to staying within that budget.

Speaking of Lovelyz "Sixth Sense" cover (which I'm happy with, except its unknown effect on Lovelyz place in tournament) . . .
Brown Eyed Girls twitter made a tweet about that cover.
And on September 24, for example, here, it was announced, that Brown Eyed Girls 2019 comeback will be in October (before it was
like, "comeback is planned for first half of year", so now they expect to finish working on album 📀 soon and can be more precise).

I'm still hoping that people will realize someday how absurd and unfair these kind of voting systems are but fans are selfish and want their faves to succeed so they'll always vote for them even though other groups were better and channels want drama so it probably won't change.

On the other hand...Many people called AOA's egotistic stage important, iconic, legendary etc. after the episode got On-Air.
There might be huge public interest in the future.

This round seems to have interesting competitions. It will be quite interesting for Bom though, she's going to perform multiple times when there is members who won't be performing at all

I was bit surprised with songs main vocals had for their picks, but i was impressed too. Hwasa and "wish you were gay" though, i wonder how Korea will take that song. And also Creep huh, not what i expected but i love it. Interesting to hear both english and korean songs too.

Hwasa and Minnie would have been good match for Billie Eilishes song, I'm not sure how the song fits Kei but she's quite talented so i think she will be alright. And i think her voice is different enough from Hwasa's but not too different so they are good match. Not about personalities though I feel like Hwasa's and Hyejeong's personalities matched best from small conversations they had xd Kei and Hwasa will be fun though.. Hwasa's face when she quietly said "it's okay" middle of Kei's monologue

Moonbyul saying that "Belly Button" was considered as MAMAMOO's name though I remember people thinking Mamamoo was kinda weird and joking about it, but Belly button can u imagine kpop group being named that

Performance units seems energetic and fun. Moonbyul seems great leader and i'm looking forward their girl crush performance. I think they will fit it well.

Poor Hyejeong she was alone in her small room with only uncomfortable chair while everyone else was chatting about songs and performances. And also poor Hwasa with everyone pranking her, she's really popular

Overall this was very funny episode even without any performances, nice to get to know girls better.

I didn't think I would be into this show since I'm not into girl groups but now after clicking on (G)I-DLE's first performance and then binge watching every performance from the show, I'm almost addicted. I have fallen for so many girls, it's weird (for me).

Anywho, I just came to say I'm still not over the fact that (G)I-DLE came in last place with their Fire performance. I wouldn't say it deserved top spot but it definitely did not deserve last. In my opinion it was 1. OMG 2. MMM 3. AOA = (G)I-DLE 4. Park Bom 5. Lovelyz. The reason I'm not putting AOA above (G)I-DLE is because I thought the performance was really dependant on the back-up dancers. The performance itself was pretty mediocre/uninteresting but it really picked up once the dancers showed up. But I just don't understand how (G)I-DLE came in last?

That all said, this show made me re-discover AOA. I have been binge watching their MVs and videos on Youtube about them. I'm so close to being a fan.

I haven't seen the last episode yet so I'm excited for that. Apparently next episode members will be collabing with members from different groups so that's something to look forward to.

So, now that we know for sure that at least one "Produce" season was rigged, the same is probably true for Queendom.
Otherwise Lovelyz would have left the show already(it would have been two times last place in a row and the rules say that such a group must leave the show) in my opinion.
