This is an annual ranking done in Korea to gauge the favorite groups and female idols for lesbian, bi, + women in Korea.

2020 results:

Groups:

Red Velvet has always been 1st, so that's not a surprise. What IS a surprise is (G)I-dle taking 2nd, ahead of Mamamoo who have also always been 2nd only to RV lol. WJSN and LOONA are also known for having strong female fandom so that's not a surprise. Twice fandom is still male dominated, but the sheer size of Onces means there's enough female representation lol.

Irene and Seulgi pretty much dominate this every year lmao, I guess Seulrene subunit debut will do really well with them Seola also has a huge female following, and now it seems Soojin is leaving her own mark

Gugudan is on the list but the number of voters percentage is so low I think like 3 people might have named them and landed on the list lol

I think in terms of what percentage of fandom is female or gay DC might be top 3 or 5 lmao. It's just that the other groups are bigger, and so by default, they're bound to have more numbers
But Insomnias are probably the most hardcore, next to probably only Orbits

That is true! There are obviously male fans in the fandom, but there is definitely higher percentage of female fans...although, saying that, when I went to Dreamcatcher's concert in London last year, it was about 50/50 male and female who attended, but maybe different locations have different ratios or the concert I went to didn't show the reality of the whole British fandom
I would like to see a poll or some kind of tally or whatever to see the percentages of female and male ratio's.

Orbits are another group where I am sure there is a much higher female ratio lol and plus I've seen the statistics which said there were a higher amount of female fans than male fans in the Loona fandom.

Also, don't forget that one of the Dreamcatcher members have already come out (though I would like an actual Korean person to translate it for me to be absolutely certain that she said those words and it's not actually a mistranslation), but Yoohyeon corrected the MC when she said that Yoohyeon likes 'hardworking men' and Yoohyeon said that she actually likes 'hardworking people', so this in itself should be attracting more lesbian/bi fans
