And I don't just mean broad umbrella terms like cute, badass, girl crush etc.
But like post an MV or maybe it's just an album/series and talk about the concept and why it appeals to you
I'll start off with 3 of my favs in no particular order:
1. Twice- Cheer Up
Could've also gone with TT, but Cheer Up concept remains iconic for me. They recreated/parodied so many famous movie scenes, characters, and genres here. The amount of work it must have took to get all the different styling, aesthetics, sets, CG, and have it all blend together and flow seamlessly. Amazing.
2. Orange Caramel- Catallena
This is so wacky and wild, but on a deeper level it can be an allegory for so many things. Consumerism, the pressure to conform and meet societal standards/industry expectations, losing your self worth etc. In the end when a single tear rolls down the cheeks of the members in stark contrast to the high pitched, fun song, it really hits deep if you think about it.
3. GFriend- Rough
Works as both standalone and as part of their school trilogy. The song itself gives you feelings of nostalgia, the bittersweet emotions you experience when you think of and miss the good times gone by, but instead of grieving over them, you still cherish them and are grateful. The MV too illustrates it really well. All the members are doing their own thing and being melancholy, but when they finally reunite at the end, it makes me so happy lol. And the choreo shots mixed in are fucking great.
