SHINee’s Key And Hong Soo Hyun To Join “Seoulmate 2”

SHINee’s Key and actress Hong Soo Hyun will be joining the second season of “Seoulmate”!
tvN’s “Seoulmate 2” is a variety show that has celebrities opening their house to foreigners who are visiting Korea and follows them as they all connect and learn from each other.
Hong Soo Hyun appeared in the first season of the show during Jang Seo Hee’s episode and showed off her friendship with the actress through their phone conversation. As shown by a newly-released teaser, Hong Soo Hyun is expected to to show off her friendships with celebrities such as Jo Se Ho, Jang Seo Hee, and Shim Eun Ji.
Key recently released his solo debut album “FACE” and is fully preparing for his role as a host on “Seoulmate 2.” Viewers are already curious to see his interactions with foreigners, as he is known for his great foreign language skills and bright personality.
The production staff stated, “Hong Soo Hyun and SHINee’s Key have joined ‘Seoulmate 2’ as its first hosts. Compared to the last season, this season will upgrade the responsibilities of the hosts and double the chemistry between the foreigner guests and hosts. We will be showing off an upgraded, fun [show] to viewers, so please look forward to the appearance of other guests as well.”

“Seoulmate 2” premieres on December 10. It will air on Mondays at 8:10 p.m. KST.

SHINee’s Minho Suffers Injury While Filming New Movie

SHINee’s Minho has suffered an injury on the set of his new film “Jangsa-ri 9.15” (tentative title).
According to SM Entertainment, “While filming for the film ‘Jangsa-ri 9.15’ yesterday in Youngdeok, Minho suffered abrasions to the left side of his face after being hit with fragments from a special effects prop item. He was immediately taken to the emergency room and treated for his injuries, and we will be keeping an eye on his condition as he receives outpatient treatment.”
They continued to state, “The film was already scheduled to take a three to four day break from filming as they will be moving locations and time is needed to set up everything. Minho will get plenty of rest before he returns to the film.”
“Jangsa-ri 9.15” will be a blockbuster war film that depicts the real-life events of the Battle of Jangsa, where 772 student soldiers risked their lives to help ensure the success of the Battle of Incheon. Minho will be joined by Kim Myung Min, Megan Fox, Kwak Si Yang, and Kim Sung Cheol. Filming began on October 13 and the film is set to be released in 2019.
