"SHINee’s leader Onew will be enlisting this December.
On November 9, it was reported that Onew will be enlisting in the army on December 10. SM Entertainment confirmed the news and stated, “Onew has expressed his desire to have a quiet enlistment. We will respect his wishes and not reveal the location or time of his enlistment, and there will be no separate official sendoff event.”
Born in 1989, Onew is SHINee’s leader and oldest member, and will also be the first member from the group to enlist. The group made their debut in 2008 and celebrated their 10th anniversary this year with triple title tracks “Good Evening,” “I Want You,” and “Our Page.”
We wish Onew all the best during his time in the army!"

For happier news, Key joined some other SM artists for an episode of Happy Together, and it sounds like it was a great time.

Sources from the K-pop industry revealed that BoA, SHINee’s Key, EXO’s Baekhyun and Sehun, NCT’s Taeyong and Jaehyun, and Lee Soo Geun will appear on “Happy Together.”
SM Entertainment’s artists who have recently made a comeback or will soon be making a comeback will appear on the show and talk about their respective albums.
BoA recently released her ninth studio album, “Woman,” while Key is looking forward to his solo debut on November 6, and EXO will release their album on November 2. SM’s rising rookie NCT and comedian Lee Soo Geun will also add spice to the show.
Recently, “Happy Together 4” has been changing the show’s format. This episode will be filmed in a special place rather than the show’s original studio in Yeouido.
