I'm mainly side-eyeing GD & YGE. GD could have said no to having her play that part, could have found a different MV, soooo many things. You can tell in the behind for That XX that Jennie really looks up to GD as a senior and relishes his compliments as an artist. It just doesn't sit right with me, especially knowing the industry.

Yes, Jennie is a grown woman and can make her own decisions, but there's really no denying that GD inserted himself into her life when she was underage and was well aware of his influence and that she looked up to him. You can see it in the way he interacts with her in the MV behind, making sure to compliment and that his full focus is on her and it seems so...Idk, predatory. Grooming works because in most cases, it's subtle and it doesn't seem like unwanted attention. I've met plenty of pedophiles (don't ask) and they all seem like upstanding guys who care...until you get to know them.
