I guess they are dating "their level" of popularity and it makes sense, I was first thinking that there would be just more attention and drama if both in relationship are rly popular, but it might be better than one being lot more popular-it might be career killer for less popular member- their company can let go them more easily and the loss of fans will probably hurt more.

Still, there is no lack of drama with this one. Apparently Jennie is being hated by some solo stans of BP (maybe just vocal minority) and lot of plp aren't happy with GD due to his controversies.

I totally agree about the grooming part . I don't think he was grooming her at all, thats a really big accusation to make and also a bit far fetched. I do think their relationship is somewhat iffy and I wouldn't make that choice in my life, but it isn't my life and as long as they're both happy I'm happy for them.

This being said I still dislike him for being an animal abuser.

Honestly didn't know the animal abuse was such big controversy compared to others at least. Personally I think it's neglience and he's not primary person in fault (he hasn't owned the dogs in years) so although he deserves to be criticised for it so it's not that huge of deal for me. But yea I see the dynamics being a problem while I think plp also go overboard cause GD is in Big Bang.

I don't know, I think korean public supports him and Jennie. He has haters, but he is also G-Dragon. I feel like international kpop fans are lot harder on him. He does have his own controversies sure, but I think most of hate he gets is being associated with Seungri.

With how close he is/was to Seungri and Yang it cast a bad shadow on him and really all of BigBang. Especially imo when they resigned to the company. None of their scandals alone without BS caused much. Of course there are the loser troll type of haters.
