It's one of the weirdest and most bland K-Pop songs I've heard tbh, especially the drop parts where they repeat the title name. Even the MV looked weird.

Back then I used to find Twice songs worse than RV's but nowadays they're on par, there even are some Twice songs that I think beat this song by a little bit.

Personally, I think it because it sounds like nothing being released today, like it’s so fresh-sounding to my ears. (it definitely reminds me of SNSD’s IGAB & f(x)’s Red Light)
I think most people are expecting/hoping a Bad Boy 2.0 or Red Flavor 2.0 but I think with RV you should always expect the unexpected which is one of the reasons why I stan them heh
But if you don’t like the title track, you’re bound to like one of the b-sides so I recommend the whole album
