I am F2P and saved up 2135 Primogems for Neuvillette. i got stuck with c4 xingqiu in several different pulls with over 56 pity. i really wanted Neuvillette but he's not coming home and i can't even get him on the standard afterwards because I lost my 50/50 standard to Tighnari. So far I have in all my pulls for 4-stars:

Lion's Roar

Xingqiu (c1, since I got him off the standard months ago, but he is in my party so i didn't mind at first.)

Yanfei (i really wanted her so i was happy about her coming home)

Barbara (c2, because they're selling barbara on the standard)

Xingqiu (c2)

Sacrifical Bow (Refinement 4)

Xingqiu (c3)

Lion's Roar (Refinement 2)

Xingqiu (c4)



after this i literally stopped pulling because it was so horrible no neuvi for me

I mean If you really want razor, go for it. I have him but do not use him. and I heard arle is really good, so if you end up getting her, that'll be good for you. I also have lyney and I personally think he's a really fun character. so honestly, I say go for razor anyway.
