The second doesn't seem positive by the title, but it does mention in the article that in Antarctica, the holes in the ozone layer are decreasing in size due a ban on ozone reducing chemicals. There's still a long way to go and a lot more that needs to be done, but it's nice that something is being done and there's at least a little progress.
